Blooms
I have included flowers, fruit, trees, lichens, and mushrooms in the Boom Gallery. I'm especially drawn to small, sometimes tiny, flowers that are often overlooked by the casual observer but are exquisitely beautiful when they are photographed with a macro lens and printed at many times their original size.
That does not mean that when I find a perfectly beautiful rose in perfect lighting in my neighbors yard, I will not be as equally delighted to photograph it and included that rose in my Bloom Gallery.
